Position Overview

As a Quality Assurance Representative, you will be responsible for the data entry processing and integrity verification of field conducted audits into the Quality Assurance databases and excel.


  • Daily verification of receipt of data and accuracy

  • Communicate with audit teams regarding missing / incorrect audits

  • Coordinated involvement with QA Analyst team for timely task completion

  • Running and Distributing system generated reporting

  • Assist in gathering information for ad-hoc reporting

  • Completion of daily and weekly reports

  • Scanning large error / problem audits for management


  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Strong ten-key skills; Fluent written and verbal communication skills

  • Keen time management abilities and ability to multi-task

  • Team player

  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment

  • Ability to adapt well to frequent changes
