BA and OLID Programs

The mission of the Business Analyst (BA) and Operations Leader in Development (OLID) Program is to recruit, train and provide career path planning and leadership development to a select group of recent college graduates for future leadership positions with C&S. A key component of each program is job experience and exposure. Rotations throughout the company provide on-the-job learning and offer new challenges for young professionals.
