When I started my first internship at C&S in Procurement Analytics, I did not expect it to become my career. Through that internship (and the two I did following) I learned about the wide variety of possibilities available within the Company. After graduating in 2011, I chose to join C&S fulltime as a Business Analyst (BA). Since then, I have completed 6-month rotations in Operations and in Finance and just began working in Transportation. The BA program has allowed me the opportunity to work on projects ranging from designing and implementing dock flow improvements on a warehouse floor with a group of loaders and supervisors to assisting in presenting an annual budget to the CEO. The program has given me a tremendous opportunity to learn about C&S, the supply chain industry and—similar to my experience at Babson—grow as a leader through hands-on experience. "

Choosing C&S as the place to begin my career after graduating from Babson has proven to be one of the best decisions I have made. Not only is it a challenging atmosphere in which to work and grow professionally, but it is also fosters an environment that encourages personal growth through exposure to the entire company and the ability to take ownership of your work from Day 1. During my time in the BA program I rotated through our Supply Chain, Marketing, and Sales departments, working on a wide variety of tasks, but always managing my time, large projects, and even others! It was incredible to me that I was given the freedom to make mistakes and grow from them each day, but it came as little surprise that when I accepted a permanent position as a Marketing Analyst, I was also made project manager of a very important FY 2012 project. I strongly encourage you to challenge yourself and see what a C&S future holds for you! "
