At Dartmouth I learned how to learn. At C&S I’m learning to lead. Through challenging assignments and the support of mentors and peers, the BA program provided me with the foundation necessary to achieve (and exceed) my career goals. The program gives exposure to multiple departments and key projects, which helped me to quickly learn what we do and how we do it. Recently I worked with IS and Sales/Marketing to manage the creation and implementation of a new web technology for our independent customers. My experiences in the BA program prepared me to lead a team, work effectively across departments and solve new, difficult problems. As a result, we delivered an effective product that enhances the C&S value proposition and will secure and grow our business with independent grocers.
