When I first began my career here a year ago I had no idea what to expect. I had heard C&S was a great place to work; a place where hard work pays off and your career path is determined solely by your own ambition. Fresh out of Lehigh with a double major in finance and economics, I was both excited and nervous as to what to expect in Human Resources. Looking back, I do not think I could have ended up in a more personally fulfilling role. In the Compensation department, I have had the opportunity to work on everything from evaluating new roles for external competitiveness, to designing and implementing incentive programs in our warehouses, to administering the annual performance and merit review and the senior leadership bonus plan. My time at Lehigh taught me how to take everything I could from a situation, and my time here, so far, has taught me how to think on my feet, change direction in a second, and be ready for anything that might come my way.
