Position Overview

As a Bilingual HR Representative, you will be responsible for providing consistent, high quality customer care and service excellence to employees nation-wide in a call center environment as part of the HR Shared Services team. The HR Representative will be responsible for resolving employee and manager inquiries and requests that are received via phone, email, or other access channels. You will utilize available reference materials along with HR and company knowledge to resolve or escalate inquirie as well as to enter and track all inquiries in a case management tool.

The incumbent will facilitate transactions in the HR information system, including coaching employees to perform actions in the system as well as completing data entry in the system on the employee’s behalf. In this role the ERC Representative will develop a deep knowledge of HR processes, practices and systems.


  • Deliver superior customer service as point of contact for employee, manager and HR partner questions and HR requests; utilize a professional and customer focused approach to respond to inquiries

  • Work independently to find answers to HR questions using scripts, FAQ's, and desk top procedures, promptly resolving upon first call/contact

  • Handle situations which require adaptation of response or extensive research; actively seek out knowledge in a self-guided, keyword driven and document heavy knowledgebase

  • Clearly communicate resolution to all parties; escalate according to established standard operating procedures

  • Record all contacts in case management system

  • Complete data entry in HR Information Systems, including initiating processes for employees and managers in Workday

  • Recommend improvements to policies and practices for continuous improvement of HR and the Resource Center

  • Attend and participate in on-going training to support the ever changing environment

  • May assist with outbound calls, process improvement, support work, knowledge base improvement suggestions, and peer coaching

  • Support other HR initiatives as needed



  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered

  • Minimum of one year of HR experience preferred

  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills, with both technical and functional end users

  • Proactive approach to resolving issues

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including phone and email communication

  • High attention to detail

  • Ability to manage competing priorities and multi-task in an active call-center environment

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality

  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

  • Experience with ServiceNow or Workday a plus

  • Spanish language proficiency preferred
