As Customer Service Representative II , you will provide the link between your department and their customers to assure their satisfaction with their products and services.
Receive customer service inbound issues from email or phone, then organize, prioritize and creatively solve them.
Keep management and other departments aware of the internal and customer issues which you may be the first to observe and identify.
Help document and streamline different department and company processes.
Review outbound customer orders for accuracy and enter inbound replenishment orders.
E-mail customers and manufacturer with changes and updates.
Fax and file daily generated reports.
There may be other duties assigned as necessary by your supervisor.
Superb customer relations skills.
Attention to detail and ability to multi-task a must.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Must be able to work under the pressure of a deadline with a high sense of urgency.
Strong computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook and Microsoft tools.
Must be an independent worker, but an overall team player.
