Position Overview

As a Marketing and Advertising Specialist for our Talent Acquisition team, you will support branding initiatives on the Talent Acquisition team to attract top talent to the organization. You will design recruitment advertising and marketing content and be a part of implementing a social media strategy for the overall company.

* Role can be based remotely from anywhere within the U.S.. *

Job Description

  • Create recruitment-focused content for multi-channel distribution including digital advertisements, campus recruiting material and social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, Glassdoor, Twitter, The Muse)

  • Establish content calendar and cadence of social media posts

  • Conduct digital audits of media channels in various markets

  • Manage metrics and return on investment (ROI) for attraction methods: Job Postings (Dice, CB, Indeed, Glassdoor, LinkedIn, The Muse), sponsored campaigns (LinkedIn, Glassdoor), and social media (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)

  • Ad hoc project work, create presentations, and general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team

  • Support recruitment marketing efforts via the execution of various graphic design projects such as ads, fliers, postcards, posters, and electronic materials such as static Web pages, buttons, banners, presentations, and promotions

  • Execution of media pieces set forth by the Talent Acquisition team

  • Partner with functional counterparts throughout the team to coordinate the development and implementation of all initiatives designed to meet the company staffing objectives

  • Ad hoc project work, create presentations, and general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team

  • Ability to work as part of a team, but also complete individual work

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Adobe (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) or Canva

  • Proficiency in advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager

  • Beginner knowledge in Google Analytics

  • Knowledge of social media platforms for recruitment marketing

  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects at one time, with competing priorities

  • Strong sense of urgency

  • Ability to write and comprehend Spanish

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Advertising, Creative Writing or Graphic Design preferred
