The Manager, Digital Marketing leads a division-level team of digital marketing/technology professionals providing leading-edge services and digital marketing solutions for all C&S customers in the division. He/she is responsible for promoting and supporting the company’s Omni-Channel Digital Marketing solutions for our retail customers within the division. The Manager, Digital Marketing works with other leaders within the Customer Experience Team (CXT) and other company associates to demonstrate The C&S Way and the Company’s Values, execute the Company’s Strategic Objectives, and continually elevate the Customer Experience.
* Role is eligible to start remote from home, with the intent to relocate to or nearby Keene, NH in the future *
Services & Programs – Develop and support retail customers and internal teams with innovative and industry-leading Omni-Channel Digital Marketing solutions including websites, kiosks, shopper apps, eCommerce, digital coupons, social media, email/text, personalized digital marketing, shopper data analytics, etc.
Customer Experience – Work closely with Advertising and Ad Groups along with Retail Technology teams to provide retail customers with innovative Digital Marketing promotions that enhance the shopper experience, drive business efficiencies and increase sales. Implement seasonal and promotional events for retail customers, report results and secure promotional funding.
Customer Experience – Work directly with retail customers within the region to promote Digital Marketing solutions and lead implementation and training for those customers.
Customer Experience – Conduct presentations and education sessions at company Expos, ad group meetings and retailer meetings to promote Digital Marketing.
Leadership & Strategy – Lead a regional team of Digital Marketing professionals within Retail Services to support the C&S Omni-Channel Digital Marketing program in the region. Provide the team with the direction, guidance, and counseling to deliver the Company's Values and Objectives and financial goals.
Innovation & Partnerships – Support solutions and partnerships, including CPG engagement, that provide innovative, cutting-edge Digital Marketing services using the Company's national scale to provide Best-in-Class programs for our retail customers.
Project Management – Lead the region's Digital Marketing team along with cross-functional teams throughout the Company to manage and execute current and future Digital Marketing initiatives.
