As a Human Resources Business Partner , you will be responsible for providing HR support to a department or location. This includes performance management, leadership coaching and training, employee engagement, employee relations, and progressive coaching support.
You will work both strategically and hands-on to deliver results for the business/functional groups. An HR Business Partner engages the resources of the broader HR organization to enable the execution of this strategy, including leveraging the functional expertise and resources of the Centers of Expertise (COE’s) and HR Operations Center.
Identify, develop and implement HR programs that support the business objectives and key performance priorities of the organization
Serve as a trusted advisor on any people, organizational, or capability implications of our business strategy
Coach and advise leaders on talent development and performance management
Drive key HR initiatives including talent management, succession planning, performance management, and salary reviews
Work strategically and in partnership with the business to develop and implement focused workforce strategies ensuring alignment with both business and HR objectives
Identify key business trends and work in partnership with HR cross-functional resources to develop solutions, programs and policies to aid in achievement of organizational goals
Play a critical role in embedding a talent management mindset and executing a talent agenda that aligns with critical business priorities.
Participate in the annual talent review process and partner with business leadership and COE’s to create Individual Development Plans and functional talent review action plans
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field required
Two or more years of Human Resources experience; PHR, SPHR preferred
Working knowledge of Human Resources related laws & regulations
Demonstrated leadership with the ability to establish credibility and influence a broad range of people at all levels within the organization
Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred
Strong internal and external customer service focus
Drive to deliver outstanding results across the organization
Effective communication (verbal and written), negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to work collaboratively across divisions, functions and levels
Highly developed project management, analytical and organizational abilities
Ability to identify and handle priority and/or sensitive issues with discretion, and a commitment to confidentiality
