The Retail Help Desk Rep II provides a variety of retail services support to C&S retail customers. This role provides direct and basic Level 1 customer support for all retail technology, digital marketing, retail pricing, retail development, and other retail services provided by C&S to its retail customers. The Retail Help Desk Rep II works with other team members and the Retail Services Leadership Team to demonstrate The C&S Way and the Company's Values, execute the Company's Strategic Objectives, and continually elevate the Customer Experience.
Provide basic Level 1 technical and application support to our Retailers for all Retail Technology solutions and services including order terminals, back-office HQ and store applications, point-of-sale, sign/tag software, networking, etc.
Provide basic Level 1 technical and application support to our Retailers for all Omni Commerce Digital Marketing solutions and services including websites, kiosks, social, coupons, personalized marketing, and eCommerce.
Provide basic Level 1 support to our Retailers for all Retail Pricing issues and questions.
Provide basic Level 1 support to our Retailers for all Retail Development issues and questions.
Maintain updated lab systems for trouble-shooting and replicating Retailer support issues, and conducting Quality Assurance testing.
Provide Retailers with basic application training, counseling, and advice regarding the full suite of Retail Services.

Bi- Lingual preferred (Spanish)
Specialized Knowledge : MS Office, Networking
Special Skills : Supermarket operations including point-of-sale and back-office applications
