The Sr. Manager, Retail Technology leads a team of Retail Technology professionals within a region supporting one or more Customer Experience Teams (CXTs) providing leading-edge services and retail technology solutions for all customers. As part of the Retail Technology leadership team, the Sr. Manager, Retail Technology is responsible for executing the Company's regional strategy as the leading innovation provider of retail technology in the grocery wholesale industry for its retail customers. The Sr. Manager, Retail Technology works with other leaders within the Commercial Development team to demonstrate the Company's Values, execute the Company's Strategic Objectives, and continually elevate the Customer Experience.
Services & Programs – support retail customers and internal teams with innovative and industry-leading Retail Technology solutions including Point-of-Sale, Back-Office Applications, Payment Processing, Ordering Solutions, Network Security, Sign/Tag Applications, and other retail technology platforms along with customer education and help desk and field support services.
Customer Experience – work closely to support the Customer Experience Teams (CXTs) to provide customers with innovative Retail Technology solutions that enhance the shopper experience and drive business efficiencies; and provide tools and education to the CXTs to track and grow our Service Concentration Ratio (SCR) with existing customers.
Project Management – lead and guide the Retail Technology team along with cross-functional teams throughout the Company to manage and execute current and future Retail Technology initiatives.
Leadership & Strategy – lead a team of Retail Technology professionals within one or more Customer Experience Teams (CXTs) to support the Retail Technology program with other leaders in the region. Provide the team with the direction, guidance, and counseling to deliver the Company's Values and Objectives.
Business Development – work closely to support the Business Development teams to deliver Retail Technology programs and services that drive new business growth, including presentations with prospective customers.
Financial – execute the annual operating and capital budgets for Retail Technology in alignment with the Company's Strategic Objectives and deliver results that support Revenue and EBITDA growth.

Specialized Knowledge : Strong knowledge of point-of-sale and retail technology solutions; Strong Financial & P&L knowledge
Special Skills : Proficient in Microsoft Office; Excellent public and group speaking skills.
