Role requires exceptional management of sales and gross profit performance among Account Executives. This position is responsible for training, coaching, mentoring and developing the talent of the Sales Team. Responsible for managing and further strengthening existing customer relationships as well as identifying new customer prospects in the foodservice market segment. Conduct business activities such as contract negotiation, demand planning/forecasting, opportunity pipeline execution, and budget processes, as well as presenting financial performance requirements. Key customers would include National Accounts in Aviation, Education, Healthcare, Lodging, Hospitality, Leisure, Convenience, Supermarkets and Multi Unit Restaurant chains. Performs other related duties as assigned. This position reports to the Director of Foodservice Sales.
Monitors sales team and activities to ensure cohesive sales force committed to meeting and or exceeding Company’s sales goals and objectives. Meets and exceeds Company’s margin, sales and shrink goals.
Deliver budgeted growth in foodservice markets by working with end users, brokers, distributors, and other customers to plan and execute the sales and marketing plans of the organization with the CXT focus.
Responsible for developing, planning, executing, reviewing, updating and refining the Company’s overall Foodservice sales, margins and objectives monthly, quarterly and annually.
Monitors and reviews performance, margins, customers and sales staff on a regular basis. Develops and implements corrective action as needed.
Creates new sales strategies in conjunction with the Company’s marketing program and coordinates with Procurement and Operations to focus and implement Company’s CXT Focus to new and existing customers.
Develops, implements and reviews sales training program for the sales team to include new hires. Monitors, evaluates and corrects performance.
Work with Supply Chain and Procurement to ensure optimum service levels for customer needs.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Specialized Knowledge : Knowledge or experience of Hawaii food service industry and convenience industry.
Special Skills : Strong negotiating, written, and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to close deals and implement sales plans. Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Other: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Outlook required. AS400, Sales Discovery, and PowerSell preferred.
Years Of Experience
Education/Certification : High School Diploma or GED. Bachelor degree preferred.
Experience : Minimum five (5) years successful sales experience managing outside and inside teams.
Associate Degree - Marketing, Technical Certification - Marketing
