Position Overview

As a Chain Sales Administration Coordinator , you will provide central support to the Senior Vice Presidents, as well as support the account teams needs in general business and day-to-day processes.

Responsibilities

Project Support – 30%

  • Determine steps to take and deliverable design for departmental projects as assigned

  • Work in tandem with the project leaders to ensure all administrative & project responsibilities are met.

  • Support and help with efficient operational planning as it pertains to new business projects.

Meeting scheduling, facilitation and minutes – 20%

  • Provide support to Senior Vice President on any and all corporate and team initiatives presented.

  • Facilitate communication among team members and SVP in a timely manner allowing for smooth operations of entire group.

  • Schedule and participate in calls and meetings internally and with customers as needed

Research and Analytics – 20%

  • Support analytical work involving daily company sales, and aid in budget analysis.

  • Provide research and due diligence of potential new business development.

Administrative – 30%

  • Maintain the smooth flow and execution of standard departmental deliverables e.g. customer book, corporate calendar, quarterly business reviews

  • Support SVPs with tasks including travel arrangements and expense reporting

  • Responsible for PCN’s and requisitions

  • Maintain organization charts

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • Average to intermediate experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills

  • The ability to communicate, influence, negotiate and interact with all management levels

  • Ability to quickly access issues and suggest resolution

  • Strong ability to multi-task and be successful in a quickly changing business environment

  • Ability to manage interactions that can be highly charged
