Position Overview

The HR Analyst role is a unique opportunity to provide support across a number of strategic HR initiatives and activities. The role will focus on building workforce reporting and analyzing data in order to make recommendations that can improve workforce planning, business decision-making and the employee experience. In addition, this role will oversee survey design and implementation for employee surveys and evaluation of survey outcomes in order to identify critical insights and patterns that can enhance effectiveness and impact of HR and organizational activities. This role must be able to utilize strong attention-to-detail and organizational skills to provide project-specific support while analyzing large data sets and translating patterns into applicable business insights.

This role reports to the Senior Manager, HR Transformation and will collaborate with other HR Leaders to support planning, design and execution of strategic HR and/or cross-functional projects.

Description

  • Analyze and evaluate HR data metrics on a monthly basis

  • Identify workforce trends and business insights and make recommendations to improve business decision-making

  • Supervise project management and tracking for strategic HR projects to achieve key milestones and timelines

  • Produce weekly deliverables and status reports and communication planning to support project management

  • Develop and implement strategic HR surveys that identify improvement opportunities to enhance the employee experience

  • Contribute to the design and deployment of an integrated people analytics capability that drives people related analytics and insights across C&S

  • Execute ad-hoc projects, data analysis and reporting and creation of key materials (as needed)

  • Support development of HR materials for special events including town halls and quarterly off-sites

Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree required (preferred focus in Business, Psychology or Human Resources)

  • Graduate degree preferred

  • Approximately 3 years of work experience required

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build strong relationships

  • Ability to problem-solve and balance multiple priorities

  • Strong attention-to-detail and organizational skills

  • Proficient in utilizing analytical tools (especially Microsoft Excel) and quantitative skills to identify data patterns

  • Intellectual curiosity and a desire for development/growth a plus

Years Of Experience

  • Approximately 3 years of work experience required

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree - Business, Master's Degree - Business Studies in Human Resource Management
