Position Overview

As an Analyst, HR Operations you will be responsible for creating efficient and streamlined processes, troubleshooting, and administering HR programs and processes. Collaborate with finance and HR partners to create consistent reporting (routine and ad hoc) for programs such as: benefits billing expenses, paid time off utilization, HR budget analysis, employee deduction reporting, and other ad hoc requests. As a contributing team member within HR, a strong attention to detail, a passion for problem solving and analytics, and a tenacity for driving process improvement will be critical for success.

Description

  • Manage the daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly benefits billing process for over 30+ benefits vendors. Duties include troubleshooting/correcting variances, automating process, and tracking all vendor invoice data.

  • Conduct the analysis of the HR budget on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis to ensure transparent reporting of actual expenses vs budget. Duties include comparing actuals to budget/forecast, researching and correcting variances, and providing recommendations to leaders on budget/expense related items.

  • Create routine HR Operations reporting and build ad hoc reporting requests for data analysis, charts, and/or dashboards.

  • Identify areas of process improvement (or need for a new process) within HR Operations and deliver streamlined, automated processes when applicable. Project manage new processes as needed.

  • Provide excellent customer service to the business by proactively identifying reporting needs and data process improvements.

  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of HR workflows, business objectives, regulatory requirements, etc. to identify needs for new audits and/or requirements.

Skills

  • Proven ability to juggle, multi-task, and manage competing priorities without sacrificing quality or deadlines;

  • Detail oriented with a passion for automation and process improvement; Ability to maintain confidentiality;

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Years Of Experience

  • 2-5 : Customer service and administrative experience or related experience.

Bachelor's Degree - General Studies, High School Diploma - General Studies
