Position Overview

The Associate Human Resources Business Partner will be responsible for providing both strategic and tactical support to both the business and the HR Business Partners. Under the guidance of the HR Business Partner, the role will be responsible for providing HR support to a small department of employees. This includes performance management, leadership coaching and training, employee engagement, employee relations, and progressive coaching. The position will support, engage and partner with the broader HR organization to support the execution of the strategy, including leveraging the functional expertise and resources of the Centers of Expertise (COE's) and Shared Services.

Job Description


  • Implement HR programs that support the business objectives and key performance priorities of the business unit

  • Coach and advise leaders on talent development and performance management

  • Participate in annual talent review process and partner with leaders to develop individual development plans

  • Under the guidance of the HR Business Partner, drive key HR initiatives including talent management, succession planning, performance management, and salary reviews

  • Under the guidance of the HR Business Partner, manage and resolve employee relations issues

  • Prepare for and facilitate new hire orientation

  • Travel Required:No


  • Office : Office Temperature (65F to 75F)


  • Specialized Knowledge : Knowledge or Human Resources related laws and regulations a plus

  • Special Skills : Ability to establish credibility and influence front line leaders; Ability to focus both externally and internally; Effective communication skills both verbal and written; Ability to work collaboratively across functions; Ability to manage multiple projects; Ability to perform data analytics and develop preliminary insights; Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Years Of Experience

  • 2-5 : years of experience in Human Resources or a related field, preferred


Bachelor's Degree - Business Administration/Management
