Position Overview

As a Customer Service Representative , you will provide the link between ES3 and their customers to assure their satisfaction with their products and services.

ES3 is a brick and mortar solutions provider in the grocery industry. We are a company with a long and rich heritage that offers tangible results for manufacturers and grocery supermarkets in the distribution, operational and sequencing processes.

ES3 is currently building the largest grocery warehouse facility in the world that will service a host of consumer products companies and supermarket retailers in a variety of regions across the continental United States. ES3 is headquartered in the picturesque city of Keene, New Hampshire.

Responsibilities

  • Receive customer service inbound issues from email or phone, then organize, prioritize and creatively solve them

  • Keep management and other departments aware of the internal and customer issues which you may be the first to observe and identify

  • Help document and streamline different department and company processes

  • Review outbound customer orders for accuracy and enter inbound replenishment orders

  • E-mail customers and manufacturer with changes and updates

  • Act as liaison between ES3 IT and our partners to ensure results

  • There may be other duties assigned as necessary by your supervisor

Qualifications

  • 1 -2 years previous Customer Service experienceSuperb customer relations skills

  • Attention to detail and ability to multi-task a must

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Must be able to work under the pressure of a deadline with a high sense of urgency

  • Strong computer skills – Word, Excel, Outlook and Microsoft tools

  • Must be an independent worker, but an overall team player
