Position Overview

As Customer Service Representative II , you will provide exceptional customer service in response to ES3 partner email and phone inquiries, facilitating communication between internal and external partners, entering data into various systems, and other administrative duties as required. This position requires development and maintenance of strong working relationships with our partners, as well as internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Use various forms of communication (email, telephone, face to face) with both internal and external business partners to collect or provide information necessary to solve problems and allow for continuous workflow through the facility.

  • Documents and responds to customer concerns and escalates according to established standard operating procedures.

  • Data entry/retrieval into/from systems to include, but not limited to, ePort, Warehouse Management System (WMS), Yard Management System (YMS), OBS, and Dashboards. Could include order entry, researching inventory/outbound/inbound order details, assessing health of the business.

  • Facilitate systems training with our partners and team members to support self-service, and help document and streamline department and company processes.

  • Contribute to partner warehousing reviews, developing an understanding of the revenue and expense components, providing recommendations for growth/service.

Qualifications

  • Education (Minimum Needed): High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Experience (Minimum Needed): 1 year

  • Special Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail, basic computer skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel
