Position Overview

The Senior Analyst role is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact upon HR and organizational activities through workforce reporting and people analytics.

This role will play a critical role in evolving our people analytics capability through building workflows, investigating trends and delivering data-driven insights to key stakeholders that enhance decision-making and the employee experience. In addition, the Senior Analyst will support the distribution and publication of critical workforce reporting, including optimizing our existing methodology and processes to ensure we are delivering consistent, accurate and timely data to stakeholders across C&S.

The Senior Analyst role will also support execution of HR initiatives and projects in order to facilitate achievement of key outcomes and deliverables. This role reports to the Senior Manager, HR Transformation and will collaborate with HR and business leaders on a frequent basis.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities/Duties

  • Lead monthly HR workforce reporting, including data standardization, validation and analysis

  • Organize/standardize data sets and investigate trends and patterns through data analysis tools (e.g., Tableau, Alteryx, Excel) or programming language (e.g., Python, R)

  • Assist in design and development of people analytics capability through data cleaning, standardization and analysis

  • Support project management and execution of strategic HR projects

  • Manage data analysis and content development for HR data to support key HR presentations

Key Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required (preferred focus in Business, Psychology or Human Resources)

  • Graduate degree preferred

  • 3+ years work experience

  • Proficiency in analytical tools (Excel, Tableau and Alteryx) or programming language (e.g., Python, R) preferred

  • Excellence quantitative skills and a strong understanding of fundamental statistics

  • Intellectual curiosity, comfort asking questions and a desire for development/growth a plus

  • Ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively

  • Ability to problem-solve and balance multiple priorities



Bachelor's Degree - Business, Master's Degree - Statistics
