Position Overview

As a Merchandiser, you will help the salesperson stock shelves for accounts.

Job Description

Description

  • New store set ups

  • Reset groceries in stores

  • Pack out Grocery orders when needed

  • Adjust of shelves & move grocery products according to planograms given

  • Finish planograms in assigned stores with store signature before due date

  • Clean shelves & place new items on shelf

  • Travel Required:Yes

  • Office : Office Temperature (65F to 75F)

Skills

  • Specialized Knowledge :

  • Special Skills : Mathematical Skills - Ability to add, subtracts, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers.

  • Physical abilities: : Ability to lift up to 75 pounds regularly and utilize step stools, etc. to reach multiple levels of shelving.

  • Other: : Customer Service - Manage difficult or emotional customer situations; Respond promptly to customer needs; Solicit customer feedback to improve service; Respond to requests for service and assistance; Meet commitments.

  • Communication - Speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; listen and get clarification; Respond well to questions; Participate in meetings. Write clearly and informatively; Present numerical data effectively; Able to read and interpret written information.
