As a Help Desk Analyst I , you are responsible for front-line support of Retail Technology Services software and hardware, including problem determination and troubleshooting.
Communicate and instruct retailers in the use of both computer software and hardware.
Answer questions and troubleshoot problems on a variety of software.
Provide support for computer heardware and networking.
Test and resolve software problems reported by customers.
Provide recommendations to customers which will allow them to remain technologically up to date.
Associates Degree or equivalent work experience required.
Prior experience in help desk and retail environment preferred.
Must have a strong working knowledge of current computer technology, operating systems, networking, hardware, front-end scanning systems, office accounting and retail operations.
Must have ability to interact with customers in a courtesous, friendly and professional manner at all times.
Fast paced environment requires an attention to detail, sense of urgency, accuracy, and timely completion of work.
Driver's license is required to travel to customer sites on occasion.
