Position Overview

The Grocery Stocker is responsible to see that all customers are provided with top quality and the best customer service available.

Job Description

• Stock, rotate and front shelves as assigned.

• Keep backstock organized.

• Order specific aisles as assigned.

• Keep grocery sales area, shelves, floors and back room neat and clean.

• Keep informed of price changes.

• Check specials daily and replenish displays and shelves.

• Make certain that all products have a correct shelf label and/or sign.

• Cooperate with fellow department employees and with other departments when interdepartmental or store wide promotions warrant.

• Responsible to obey all Safety, Loss Prevention and Human Resource Standards as outlined by the Company.

• Perform other duties, regarding the Company, directed by the appropriate management staff.
