Position Overview

The Customer Marketing Manager is responsible for driving demand through customer experience (CXT) customers. The position is accountable for increasing service revenue and shopper marketing programs through new and existing revenue-based services. The role is a bridge function that connects Retail Technology Services, Store Development, marketing alliances and Category Management Services teams with high opportunity customers.

Job Description

Description

  • Collaborate with CXT members to identify quarterly and annual service revenue objectives and high potential targets.

  • Increase penetration of Retail Technology Services through targeting, selling and conversion of point of sale (POS), Loyalty and other technology services.

  • Identify solutions for accelerated category growth through collaboration with category specialists leveraging the full range of shopper marketing programs.

  • Promote and sell category management solutions to customers across the entire store based on regular target development meetings with category specialists.

  • Work collaboratively with Store Development team to identify real estate, equipment, store re-designs and reset services to increase retail revenue, ROA and cost savings initiatives.

  • Work with customers to create and implement customized demand driving programs to supplement major category merchandising events.

  • Track and analyze POS increases associated with marketing and Retail Services implementation; develop selling stories for retailers to influence adoption.

  • Travel Required: Limited

Skills

  • Specialized Knowledge : Strong knowledge of Shopper Marketing, Retail Technology and Retail Operations; Knowledge of marketing/sales fundamentals

  • Special Skills : Strong project management and analytical skills; Strong communication (verbal and written) skills

Years Of Experience

  • 5-7 : years of related work experience
