As an Automatic Case Pick (ACP) Generalist, you will remove cases from full pallets and place, by layer, onto trays in the automated case pick system in the receiving area. You will also be operating robots, clearing faults, and assuring pallet integrity within the shipping area.
Maintain production levels and quality while keeping optimum safety standards and good housekeeping.
Confirm accuracy of product, along with dimensions.
Remove layers from pallets robotically or manually for shipping, and storage purposes.
Cut proper stretch wrap, overhung slip sheets, and any excess packing material and identify any damage
Initialize final destination of pallet
Visual confirmation of product accuracy and integrity
Ensure stability of robotic or manual built pallets
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Physical abilities: : • The physical requirements/expectations are: Never crawling, sitting .• Occasionally climbing up to 4 ft. (Must have fall protection training and using proper fall protection equipment) .• Occasionally smelling, balancing, kneeling, and talking .• Frequently crouching .• Frequently pushing and pulling up to 60 Lbs. • Continuously handling, gripping, carrying, and lifting, up to 60 Lbs. • Continuously feeling, pivoting, stooping, pivoting and reaching (level: Waist/overhead, etc.) • Continuously standing and walking on surface type (s): Carpet, tile, concrete • Continuously fingering, hearing, seeing and repetitive movement using both hands and feet
