Position Overview

Spanish speaking a plus

This is a temporary position. Term of contract unknown but possibility to covert to permanent.

As an Associate Recruiter, you will recruit and select candidates for consideration to work in our hourly roles. You will work closely with key stakeholders to plan, coordinate, and implement a recruiting strategy to acquire top talent. You will maintain a quality candidate sourcing pipeline for key positions and proactive growth, and make recommendations based on the needs of our hiring managers.

Job Description

  • Recruit hourly, non-exempt hires for multiple roles and functions across a region or specific facility

  • Source and thoroughly evaluate candidates; check personal qualifications against job requirements

  • Develop relationships with hiring managers to establish recruitment profiles

  • Qualify candidates through behavioral interview techniques, skills assessments, and background checks

  • Provide an aggressive hiring plan; build confidence and credibility with hiring managers; present candidate synopsis and recommendations to hiring managers.

  • Coordinate on-site interviews; conduct, analyze, and discuss reference checks with hiring managers.

  • Finalize offers to candidates; coordinate on-boarding

  • Use and maintain applicant tracking system; EEO compliance tracking.

  • Special projects when necessary.
